GBGood service - Problem with merchandise The purchase & shipping were fine. The product, a Matfer black steel frying pan, warped on the bottom after one use on my glass flat top range, rendering it useless. I followed all instructions for seasoning & cooking. I have written to Cooks Direct, just yesterday & haven't heard from them yet. If this resolved, I will rate them as 5 stars.

GBworking cook You can't beat the price they come in handy if you have half size or quarter size sheet pan haven't tried the large size these are for home use and I could never fit the large sheet pans in my oven. they fit nicely and securely although you probably shouldn't lift them just by holding the cover hold the entire pan. purchase them with the racks it's a nice combination with the sheet pans.all kinds of uses

GBGreat shopping experience Purchased a steam oven and loved it so much I bought another. 2nd one however I was sent an open box item. I contacted their CS department which was very helpful in remedying the situation. A new item was shipped to me and a return label provided. Happy customer.
