GBGood Quality Product Excellent Customer Service I was very hesitant about ordering something I hadn't seen and wasn't sure about how they would handle any problems with delivery. They were excellent. There was a delivery error but it was immediately addressed and when the product arrived it looks great and is a good value. I would definitely recommend them.

GBCancelled order I placed an order yesterday for a dining room table that costs $240. When I got to the page where it calculates shipping costs it said $0. I figured maybe they offer free shipping if you spent a certain amount. I placed the order and received order confirmation via email. This morning, I received an email from someone at the company letting me know that they have cancelled my order as it doesn't meet the $499 minimum to ship. Nowhere on the website does it say there's a minimum, and the system let me place the order even though the total was under. I was told that they do have a delivery charge that's based on weight and the state but wasn't given an estimate or even a chance to pay the delivery charge. They just cancelled the order. I will not use this company again in the future and do not recommend it for anyone.

AUVery HAPPY Customer I was very sceptical about buying a large furniture item online without physically seeing items in real life. Only to view pictures online and it being my very first purchased from living styles.com.au I was very impressed with my purchased items being a TV unit and matching lamp table were in perfect order, packed well, and even delivered on a Sunday afternoon. GBwonderful customer service. i ordered a clock in may. within a few days customer service emailed me that it was out-of-stock with the manufacturer and wouldn't be available till september. i was given the choice of canceling the order are keeping it and receiving a 5% discount. i replied that i would wait if she was sure the item would actually be available then. within hours i received an email in return saying that the c.s. rep had personally phoned the manufacturer and been assured the clock would ship in september. the last week of august c.s. emailed me that the clock had shipped and gave me tracking info. it arrived yesterday. it's not often that you find this kind of follow-up and concern from a company, and it was really great.
