Refrigerator Repair Wahidullah was polite, professional, and very nice. He seemed to know his job very well and answered any questions we had. He is a top-notch technician and an invaluable asset to the Sears Home Services team. He is someone Sears would be wise to keep as a technician. If we need service again, I will demand Sears send Wahidullah to fix our problem. He has been one of the best technicians we have had.

He entertained questions about the microwave, how it works, and how to keep it running for another 20 years. I actually enjoyed my time with him because other technicians are bothered by customers who hang around, not Steve. If I ever need more help from your service I’d welcome for Steve to come back. Harold was very knowledgeable and… Harold was very knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the ice maker dispenser problem correctly, ordered the right part and his repair was perfect. We are back in business for fixing Mama's drinks!! He made sure the water dispenser was operating correctly as well.

A Trustworthy/Professional Tech Matthew was both very helpful and professional.He took the time and correctly diagnosed the problem and didn't just cob the repair like the previous technician from CT who Miss Fichtel purchased a warranty through.The last 2 "repairs" we were told it was the floater switch....little fiddling under the front of the dishwasher the previous techs repair was just a temporary band aid to hopefully get her through to the next incident knowing he would not be returning to do any more work. Anyways Matthew was beyond helpful and instead of crossing our fingers to hope a replacement pump could be found Miss Fichtel went ahead and purchased a new dishwasher as recommended. Five stars across the board for Matthew 👏👏

Great service We have first American warranty for the past 5 or 6 years and have had problems with our microwave, dishwasher, air conditioner, dryer, and furnace. They fixed all of these. They also send people from sears home service and the are very experienced.
