Very Happy with our new Vinotemp The wine Vinotemp fridge arrived well-boxed, was easy to move into it's new space in our basement kitchen, and after several months it has operated without any problems. It makes standard compressor sounds, as all such appliances do. Its stainless and glass door with wooden shelf fronts looks great. We typically have 25-30 bottles on hand, so it's the right size for us.

This product would get 5 stars from me This product would get 5 stars from me, if it wasn't for the insanely loud fan, coming on every 15 minutes or so. The good news is that the wine cooler as a whole is very well built, solid shelves, good seal, dual temp controls keep it within 1 degree of set temp, it looks good, it cools perfectly, it even fits in excess of the 46 bottles advertised, if you have some skinny ice wine bottles included, it's just a great product and even the compressor itself is super quiet. All that for less than a grand, amazing.. Now about that fan, we replaced it with a high end ultra quiet DC fan of same capacity and the unit is perfect now. Only wish it came like that from the factory.

Vinotemp is a terrible company! Vinotemp is a terrible company!! Don't buy their products. I have had three wine cabinets, 2 designer series built in wine coolers, and two beverage coolers. All have failed just outside of the warranty period which is a short 1-year. Additionally, customer service is deplorable - forget trying to get your phone call returned. With each issue I had with products, I had to call close to 10-15 times to get resolution. No one answers or returned calls! DON'T BUY A VINOTEMP!

Exactly as advertised Exactly as advertised, a capable wine cellar for your garage. Delivery and installation went smoothly. Only real call out are the racks provided are as shown in the picture. Which means you're going to need to double or triple stack bottles and therefore cannot pull the racks out. Also, at this time Vinotemp is not offering extra racks. Not a big deal (and was known when I bought it). Highly suggest investing in a winecellar app to keep straight what's what on each rack. Also the led lighting is button operated and not on a door switch. Struggling in understanding why for that design element..

Vinotemp Motor Noise Vinotemp layout is difficult, the bottles in the back are hard to retrieve. Biggest complaint is the noise in the motor when the Compressor kicks on. Hard to describe but best description is it sounds like Whales communicating with each other. I did open a ticket, but asked to record the sounds which is quite difficult. Send a Technician or we may have to return our purchase.
