Bought a shears which said Japanese… Bought a shears which said Japanese steel but the box says made in China be very careful ordering from them. There's a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. They're a scam. You can't write reviews on their website

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. Received delivery confirmation and within 4 hours I reported knife not recd. Was told to give it a few more hours. After sending another email to Seido was told to take it up with USPS. I did purchase delivery insurance although this doesn’t seem to matter. Would not recommend ordering online

These knives are nothing like what they… These knives are nothing like what they look like on the website. Cheap materials and construction immediately made me want a refund. What you don’t realize is that force you to pay shipping to Canada to return them which runs about 80$ and they only offered a fractional refund on top of that. Junk and poor customer service…. I’m amazed they are still scamming people into buying them.

I receive the Hakai Chef Cleaver Knife… I receive the Hakai Chef Cleaver Knife on Friday 4/20/2024. Trying to use the knife for simply cutting peppers, onions, carrots, etc. I found this knife to be very heavy and awkward to use for simple slicing and dicing. Due to its weight, it felt very dangerous while performing simple food prep procedures. I am going to return this product for a full refund.

Sad Customer Service We purchased a set of knives as a Christmas gift but didn't end up gifting them. I emailed for return instructions and after 4 emails of reminding me there is a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay for the shipping and trying to give me a discount to keep the knives, I finally got a prepaid shipping label with FedEx. The boxes where unopened and in original shipping packaging. Seido kept $113 of my order. This is why ordering from a company direct doesn't work and why Amazon is taking over. Jokes on me!
