I love this store, although prices are higher than others, they always have periodic sales if you have the opportunity to wait.

merchandise overpriced I found your merchandise overpriced and overrated. Towels I purchased were flimsy so I returned them. I bought two sets of bedsheets costing several hundred dollars, and they shrank when washed.

Disappointing experience BTS did a great job of making the sell, but the customer ended there. We had questions relative to a large promotional sale that began just days after our purchase (and we asked our salesperson if there were any upcoming sales and she assured us there were none) and every level of management that we attempted to speak to was evasive, none responsive and rude! It was clear that the company motto was sealing the deal of the sale. It was a very disappointing experience! I have additional bedding that I'd still like to obtain, but find it extremely difficult to return. Hoping that my experience was an isolated one.
