I always enjoy my experience here I always enjoy my experience here. There's always friendly faces working and the space is really peaceful. When time is on my side, it's an excellent experience. One thing that would be a great improvement for me is that for some reason their check out system takes a long time, It's never quick and simple like the majority of retail locations. So when I'm in hurry, I've started to go somewhere else.

Quality Products but Poor Experiences For the most part the staff in the stores are not very nice to work with. There are a few good ones (mostly men), but overall the staff and managers are persnickety and think they are better than you. You are not treated well. Just not usually a fun experience. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. If you can't bring something home to try at high end prices, then it generally isn't worth trying it. I have 3 or 4 items that are brand new I would have loved to returned a year ago. They are in the closet and cost well over $500. Products are the best, most excellent quality, but shopping experience is far from excellent.

Merchandise is always impeccable Merchandise is always impeccable. Service could be better. Shopping at either the Crystal Court, South Coast Plaza Store, or Newport, sales associates are not always the friendliest. They at times have an arrogant air about them. It doesn't make me want to shop there.

Sheets are 1 star, store and items 5 I bought many items at the location at Newport off PCH. It was hard to figure a rating. I felt the workers were very friendly and everything I bought held up fantastic. I bought a wooden bowl I was able to make in to a custom sink which looks fantastic and the lighter I bought is the BEST lighter for candles I have ever purchased! Looks great and completely durable. They would have a hard five stars but here is the problem. It’s called Between the Sheets and the absolute WORST product they carry are the sheets. No warranty, no money back or exchange. I spent over two grand on sheets because I purchased two sets to rotate. Both sets the fitted sheets shredded and got holes. You can’t just purchase a fitted sheet, you have to buy another set. I have purchased many sheets over the years, both expensive and cheap and these are the only ones that shred, tear along seems and get holes. Note: they don’t allow reviews from more than 1 year.

Misleading I'm a big fan of the merchandise and spend thousands of dollars at Between the Sheets but very rarely do I get to take advantage of their sales. Seems as though the brands I prefer and purchase are never on sale even when there is a store wide sale. There advertising is very misleading.
