GBI agree that 1 star maybe generous at… I agree that 1 star maybe generous at least at this moment in my situation with this company. If they end up making good on the fiasco they created with my delivery it’s possible thier rating goes up. I’ve used them successfully in the past but just because someone is having a bad day does not excuse the poor nonexistent customer service I got. The ball is in thier court.

GBIan C. a gem Ian C. is a gem. Lowes had canceled our refrigerator order without notifying us. He understood from the start that I might cancel the order if Best Buy came through on their earlier delivery date, but checked the warehouse and tagged the available unit for me and he courteously canceled the order at Gerhard's when I told him Best Buy delivered. Great customer service! The next time we need an appliance, I'll check out Gerhard's first.

GBDid not receive my complete order Did not receive my complete order. Was promised the missing item that same afternoon since on site tradesman needed the missing part to complete his work, two days later still waiting. Terrible staff, made no attempt to correct their error, and will not make a special trip to correct same must wait until they are good and ready.

GBDishonest about more than one thing The installer s claimed that they were unable to install the dishwasher because the shuttle valve was corroded. My son came over and used channel locks and got the water shut off without any difficulty. The installers told me for $240 they could replace the shut off valve. the store reimbursed me the installation fee and is now recharging me to have it installed but now I am nine days out from when I was supposed to get it installed. They have not compensated me at all. The salesman told me I would get $850 in rebates, and I am not eligible for that amount and rebates , so that was false information also.

GBThey Don’t Care Products are very good. But the service is the worst. I ordered my oven in October planning to make holiday meals. I was told to expect it by the end of the month. I got it mid February. No explanation, no contact for 4 months. I asked for a discount, NO to that. Big fat nasty don’t care about you NO. Family owned so NO where else to escalate my issue. So disappointed. Buyers beware.
