GBHelpful Sales Rep I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

GBDishonest about more than one thing The installer s claimed that they were unable to install the dishwasher because the shuttle valve was corroded. My son came over and used channel locks and got the water shut off without any difficulty. The installers told me for $240 they could replace the shut off valve. the store reimbursed me the installation fee and is now recharging me to have it installed but now I am nine days out from when I was supposed to get it installed. They have not compensated me at all. The salesman told me I would get $850 in rebates, and I am not eligible for that amount and rebates , so that was false information also.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM GERHARDS MALVERN!! DO NOT BUY FROM GERHARDS MALVERN!! we purchased a GE convection oven and it was deliverers BROKEN. Gerhards will Not do ANYTHING about it and have been ignoring our calls and emails! We have been VERY patient and no one will take any responsibility for selling us a COMPLETELY BROKEN OVEN!!!

GBYou have been warned! Bought washer there with extended service contract. The company Gerhards uses for these contracts decided not to back up a rebate claim. Gehards backed the company instead of their NOW FORMER customer. Diane from Gerhards followed up with Nasty email. You have been warned!

GBTotally disconnected and disjointed experience Totally disconnected and disjointed in their internal operations. Store team confirms product is available, can be picked up from the warehouse. Warehouse doesn’t have the product and says it’s still in transit. Then wait for hours/days for them get a clarity of it reached the warehouse or not. Wish Trustpilot allowed me to give ‘ZERO’ star.
