GBDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY I purchased $7000 in appliances. Within 8 months of installation, the $400 microwave oven imploded (glass everywhere). Customer service was extremely rude, accused me of overcooking food (no food residue inside or on glass shards) or operating empty (can't be done), refused to make good. I had to go to GE to get a rebate. Then I heard from many others of similar experiences

GBShop Local Purchased an entire kitchen from Gerhards, went in with photos and measurements but no idea what I would actually purchase. My sales rep Allie listend to my ideas and showed me the GE Cafe series in matte white and copper finishes (I didn’t want SS) It was perfect! Delivery and installation happened seamlessly. No one ever likes having time windows and taking a day off of work but it was so worth it once I had my appliances ready to go. I would highly recommend Gerhard’s over any big box store.

GBThey Don’t Care Products are very good. But the service is the worst. I ordered my oven in October planning to make holiday meals. I was told to expect it by the end of the month. I got it mid February. No explanation, no contact for 4 months. I asked for a discount, NO to that. Big fat nasty don’t care about you NO. Family owned so NO where else to escalate my issue. So disappointed. Buyers beware.

GBHelpful Sales Rep I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

GBMy experience with Nicole Powell over… My experience with Nicole Powell over the phone was exceptional. Needed a side by side refrigerator to replace one that went kaput. She provided and showed what options were available to get a replacement ASAP. Everything went as smooth as possible. Also kudos to the delivery/installation team of Steven and Raiko. Their efficient service was first class. This was my first dealing with Gerhard, and will definitely keep them in mind if a new appliance is needed in the future.
