GBJust purchased a over the range GE… Just purchased a over the range GE microwave over the phone. David Reece was helpful and processed my request quickly, saving me a long trip to the Ardmore store. Have previously purchased a dishwasher, range, and refrigerator from the Glenside store. Service was excellent and prices were lower or equal to the big box stores, as verified at the point of sale via a Google search of the make and model.

GBHelpful Sales Rep I can’t give it 5 stars because we haven’t received our refrigerator yet. But, I have confidence considering the sales rep, Nicole P. Who helped us was good. No hard sale tactics. We went in with something in mind and she addressed all our questions easily. We gave Gerhard’s a try based on other reviews. We are scheduled for a delivery for next week; other local dealers said we’d have to wait 2 months for delivery AND their prices were higher than Gerhard’s.

GBI agree that 1 star maybe generous at… I agree that 1 star maybe generous at least at this moment in my situation with this company. If they end up making good on the fiasco they created with my delivery it’s possible thier rating goes up. I’ve used them successfully in the past but just because someone is having a bad day does not excuse the poor nonexistent customer service I got. The ball is in thier court.

GBMy experience with Nicole Powell over… My experience with Nicole Powell over the phone was exceptional. Needed a side by side refrigerator to replace one that went kaput. She provided and showed what options were available to get a replacement ASAP. Everything went as smooth as possible. Also kudos to the delivery/installation team of Steven and Raiko. Their efficient service was first class. This was my first dealing with Gerhard, and will definitely keep them in mind if a new appliance is needed in the future.

GBThey Don’t Care Products are very good. But the service is the worst. I ordered my oven in October planning to make holiday meals. I was told to expect it by the end of the month. I got it mid February. No explanation, no contact for 4 months. I asked for a discount, NO to that. Big fat nasty don’t care about you NO. Family owned so NO where else to escalate my issue. So disappointed. Buyers beware.
