Same exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!

Terrible service Terrible service. I placed my order(10343) and waited 3 weeks hearing nothing. After contacting us parts center, my order was shipped, however the wrong item was sent. I had ordered Leisure time citrabright surface cleaner, but received leisure time jet clean instead. I have contacted us parts center twice about this issue and have heard nothing back. I am now going to contact my credit card company and let them deal with this .Awful service.

Repair part arrived in time period… Repair part arrived in time period stated. Since design of pump is "closed" construction, and disassembly is simple, the pump was up and running again within a short time after the new rotor was replaced. It's great to have hot water on hand (get it?) within seconds of turning the faucet on - even in freezing winter weather.

Ordered a part 1 month ago Ordered a part 1 month ago, still not fulfilled. We cannot get an answer at the phone # listed, we cannot get a response from the email listed and the “live chat” on their site does not work! They have our $$$$, beyond frustrated that we cannot get a response!
