GBMy order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived… My order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived today 3-5-20. Heard about your business from a friend of mine and he had nothing but good things to say about you. When ordering it said that shipping was 3-4 days ground shipping. Was hoping to repair my cover the weekend of 2-22-20. That obviously didn’t happen. But have what I ordered so will now make my repairs. Thanks for your parts

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.

GBStill not working- I sent pictures and everything stating I had a circulating pump on my spa and gave you the Chip version in the picture. I ordered the Board per your online advisor saying that was "Easy Peasy!" I received a Motherboard that states "No Circ pump", I also paid $40.00+ for 2 day shipping ordered on a Monday and didn't receive until Tuesday the Following week? That's 7/8 days to me! I tried putting the board on in case you guys knew better. Nope "No Heat" and one of my main pumps runs 24 hours a day? Maybe someone could Help Me? Dave Johnson 916-416-7499?. Thank You!

GBIf I could give them a lower rating I… If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.

GBHorrible customer service rep. Have not even received the shipment yet. Have not even received the order yet but the customer service has been very bad. I placed the order and did not receive an order confirmation. Two days later I receive this review email. Today, I contact customer service to inquire why I had not received any status of my order, but instead, I get a rude customer service rep tell me that the order and shipment confirmations were sent automatically. Well, I told her that I received only 1 of the 3 that she said were sent, and that I had checked spam. She said "I am not going to argue with you, that is how the system works", then leaves the chat. Two minutes later, I get 6 order shipment confirmation emails and 20 order confirmations in my mailbox.
