GBStill not working- I sent pictures and everything stating I had a circulating pump on my spa and gave you the Chip version in the picture. I ordered the Board per your online advisor saying that was "Easy Peasy!" I received a Motherboard that states "No Circ pump", I also paid $40.00+ for 2 day shipping ordered on a Monday and didn't receive until Tuesday the Following week? That's 7/8 days to me! I tried putting the board on in case you guys knew better. Nope "No Heat" and one of my main pumps runs 24 hours a day? Maybe someone could Help Me? Dave Johnson 916-416-7499?. Thank You!

GBIf I could give them a lower rating I… If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.

GBRepair part arrived in time period… Repair part arrived in time period stated. Since design of pump is "closed" construction, and disassembly is simple, the pump was up and running again within a short time after the new rotor was replaced. It's great to have hot water on hand (get it?) within seconds of turning the faucet on - even in freezing winter weather.

GBDo not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. They don’t have a phone number on their website for a reason. They don’t return emails. Can’t get an RMA out of them for an exchange. Terrible customer service.
