If I could give them a lower rating I… If I could give them a lower rating I would.I've been trying to return a pump that was never used,within the 30 days specified by their return policy,and can't get a reply.Prior to discovering that my existing pump was repairable I contacted them with a question about the new pump,they replied days later,with a curt,rude response. What a kook show.

Same exact situation Same exact situation. Orders a heat pump, it came w/o sensors and clearly NOT the pump described or shown in photo. Now getting the run around, “we contacted accounting & returns”. This is a BOGUS company beware!

Good Value We sent in pictures of the part we needed & staff was kind enough to review & make recommendations. The delivery was via FedEx, which we like, & the parts fit perfectly. Our questions regarding the status of our order were promptly answered.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.
