Terrible experience Terrible experience. Took almost month to get mr product and they didnt even inform us of this. Didnt find out until I emailed them asking where my pump was.

Bait and switch! I ordered a heater for my hot tub. The site clearly stated the name of the brand name part with a pic of the heater. What I received was a universal heater without sensors that looked nothing like the pic shown and described on the US Parts Center site. I could have bought that universal heater else ware online for $30 less. My emails to US Parts Center requesting a return have gone unanswered for more than a week now. I just want them to right the wrong. Not Happy!

My order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived… My order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived today 3-5-20. Heard about your business from a friend of mine and he had nothing but good things to say about you. When ordering it said that shipping was 3-4 days ground shipping. Was hoping to repair my cover the weekend of 2-22-20. That obviously didn’t happen. But have what I ordered so will now make my repairs. Thanks for your parts

Terrible service Terrible service. I placed my order(10343) and waited 3 weeks hearing nothing. After contacting us parts center, my order was shipped, however the wrong item was sent. I had ordered Leisure time citrabright surface cleaner, but received leisure time jet clean instead. I have contacted us parts center twice about this issue and have heard nothing back. I am now going to contact my credit card company and let them deal with this .Awful service.

After over 2 weeks of not hearing… After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, I called and asked where my product was. He said he would look into it and call back later that day. Then, 2 days later, after not hearing ANYTHING from them, I called all day and got no answer. I emailed and nothing. I called my credit card company and told them the charge was fraud and couldn't get an answer from US Parts. They credited my account and I emailed US Parts again to tell them, if they were legit, to cancel my order and refund the money. About a week later I received a ship notice. This company is horrible.
