GBGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

GBTerrible experience - don't shop with them! I bought a bathroom faucet with them because of their hassle free return policy, After the faucet arrived - my contractor told me the hot water line was broken and must be replaced. I quickly picked up a replacement at lowes so that my contractor is not stuck and requested for a return from the merchant. They refused my return request by saying the manufacturer is not authorizing my return (WHAT???). I told them it's their job to deal with the manufacturer and urge them to refund. I already agreed to pay 2-way- shipping to return the defective faucet despite there is no fault on my part. They failed to act/ respond. I ended up calling my credit card company to reverse this transaction. Will never come back again.

GBlousy return policy We're doing renovations, ordered a sink which unfortunately wasn't workable. The service was fine, delivery fairly prompt however return policy is lousy. Restocking fee was over $100. Don't think I'll ever order from them again.

GBBroken product, terrible delivery, and unreliable customer service. The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.
