GBGood customer service, but broken shower I ordered a shower insert. First delivery came with a dented piece. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent two replacements. Both arrived dented and broken. I contacted customer service again. They sent another piece, but finally packaged it well enough so it didn't get damaged. So, it's great to know that their customer service dept will fix an issue, but it was annoying to delay my bathroom redo by 3 weeks because of this,

GBNice product,but damaged somwhere in the process The Vanity I ordered arrived promptly.However upon opening it I discovered 2 items damaged. The damage occurred at the factory as the shipping boxes were pristine. Replacement item were sent but only after 5-6 phone calls

GBWorst post-purchase service, take your own risk! We had a terrible experience with this company after we bought a toilet from them. The toilet came broken (a big piece of toilet back falling off right out of the box), contacted the company, they asked us to pay the shipping back PLUS 15% restocking fee which totaled to be about the same price as the price of the toilet!! What kind of company will ask customers to pay for broken item PLUS restocking fee when they can't resell the product and they are probably reimbursed from the shipping company for the price of the toilet? After disagreeing to pay such fees for receiving a broken toilet, they simply stopped responding and we're stuck with a paid broken toilet. If you don't want to end up in a situation like ours, don't order anything from them. This company seems to only care about their loss but not customer's. Take your own risk purchasing with them.

CAHood fan horror story A truly terrible experience from start to finish. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks just to get my item shipped. Don't bother with this company.

GBBroken product, terrible delivery, and unreliable customer service. The product I ordered was originally damaged before shipping, and it took over 2 months to get the product in. When it arrived, 1 of the shower stall panels was broken and unusable. While initially responsive, Customer Service told me the replacement part was "shipping today," when in fact it didn't ship for 10 days. When I called them on this, they had no explanation other than misinformation, and when I asked if they could expedite the shipment rather than ship ground, their classic response was, "There is nothing we can do about it." There is ALWAYS something that a good customer service team can do. It's just that the folks at Main Faucet decided not to do anything to serve their customer.
