GBno feedback! Less then one star would be appropriate. Zero customer service, or nonexistent, no response to e-mails, phone service is ridiculous, in fact the number provided states a different company on an automated system. Ordered a product on the 5th of Jan, on the ninth of Jan money removed for the item from my bank account and my order status still says sent to the warehouse! Repeated e-mails asking for confirmation of shipping, as in tracking, estimated arrival, have been ignored and unanswered. Do not trust this company! My next step is contacting my bank disputing charges for merchandise not acknowledged but charged for. Ordering from a reputable company instead

GBTrying to contact them regarding making a purchase Trying to contact them regarding purchasing a bathroom vanity. Service email came back undeliverable and sales email is never answered. I tried contacting them through website and no reply. Phone number listed in website goes to a different company. I would think they would be all over someone wanting to place an order. If service is this bad to place an order, I cant imagine it will be any better if an issue needs response.

GBunresponsive customer service and defected product I ordered a Cavaliere Euro AP238-PS65-36 Stainless Steel Range Hood from Main Faucet.com two months ago. However, I noticed that this range hood had two rusted corners when installed. There appears to be some repairs that was attempted to cover up the rust in the back two corners inside the hood. These two spots are quite an eye soar. We're very disappointed that we paid so much money ($750) and yet received a product that was not in satisfactory condition. I contacted Main Faucet about this. Yet they said there is nothing they can do because it has been installed and suggested us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said we could return it but we will have to contact Main Faucet (the seller) about it. So I emailed Main Faucet again yet received NO response at all after a month. I am very disappointed about Main Faucet's customer service and also the product they sold to me. One more thing: I just tried to log into my Main Faucet account and couldn't. OMG! Terrible website. Would never buy anything from Main Faucet!

CAHood fan horror story A truly terrible experience from start to finish. Horrible customer service. 3 weeks just to get my item shipped. Don't bother with this company.

GBShopping and delivery were excellent, but what about the back of the linen cabinet? Website and purchasing was great. I loved that it came right to my house. Also loved that the cabinet was solid oak. However, I was shocked that there was no back on the cabinet behind the drawer section. For almost $500, I thought it would have been better made. Even it there was just a thinner piece covering that area.
