I am a JP card holder, never ordering online I am a JP card holder. If you shop in store you will do better than ordering online. I ordered my grandson some things the order was broken into 4 separate orders. The pair of sneakers were two different sizes. A jacket never shipped. So, don't recommend ordering online on their site, go in person instead.

JCP doesn’t care I wrote a very disappointing review about jewelry return! There was a problem with a ring I purchased! Awful return polucy( they credit your charge and recharge while you watch them (while having to answer all personal information) order same product online)! Saleswoman was questioning if we did “something” to the stone in the ring, while scouring the return with her eye piece! As it was a wedding ring, saleslady never showed an ounce of empathy! JCP answers the review with “thank you for shopping we”are glad you got a refund and we are happy saleslady was helpful”!!! JCP doesn't care about reviews! That’s why JCP stores keep closing!! Too bad they don’t pay attention to customers!

Ive have been in the store at Valley…and it is filthy and disgusting Ive have been in the store at Valley View Mall Roanoke, Virginia several times since Christmas, thinking that perhaps they just hadn't had time to get the store back cleaned up, well was there yesterday April 30...that store is disgustingly filthy...the ladies dressing room on the top floor is so dirty I didn't want to sit or take my shoes off. The lights are burned out in there, the door locks don't function. there was I don't know what on the mirror. In the shoe department all the shoes are just piled up where the cash register used to be, who wants to sort through that mess? One other issue there is an older lady at the only check that is open I think the lady in makeup called her sarah perhaps she is not polite at all. I heard her tell more that one person when I am there when they have asked if there are any coupons her reply is maybe on-line but I wouldn't know you would have to look on your phone to see. Every other cashier in that store will gladly look on line to see what is available and have done so for me but not her, not sure if she doesn't know how or she just doesn't want to do it...the clerk in the makeup department yesterday save me over $100 with and on-line coupon in addition to the alreay marked down prices.

Big rat at Austin location Big rat ran across the floor while the associate was answering a question for me. She seemed startled but not surprised. On the other hand, I wasn’t about to stay in the store, so I thanked her (from about 20 feet away after running!) and did not get a chance to finish shopping because I headed to my car! The employee was nice though. However, a comfortable shopping experience and big rats just don’t go together. It was big…like put-a-saddle-on-it kind of big LOL! Tech Ridge and IH35 location in Austin could use a pest control company!

Extremely Poor customer service The customer service I received tonight was so poor..first off hire Americans you cannot understand “Kenneth” from India. Second of all, I called with 32 mins of placing my order to update the shipping address. Of course I was on hold forever. “Kenneth” was continually repeating to me the 30 min rule. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor pretty sure it was the same guy. I can send you screen shots showing the 2 min difference. The automated machine was saying the order was created “Kenneth” was saying it was fulfilled. So seriously in the 2 mins window I can’t change an address which is all I wanted to do, or not cancel the actual order to replace it with the correct information. This is why no profit is being made and the stores and or company is struggling to stay open. No one wants to shop where customer isn’t being provided. I know that is why I don’t care to shop here. Just fyi before I called I tried to correct on my own, but nope that was not possible either. That would have been in my 30min window.
