Good Service I went to make a payment at your West Towne Mall store yesterday morning in Madison. A very nice and friendly associate number on my receipt was 0025, Term 002. Terrible customer service experience Terrible customer service experience! I'll never buy anything from JCP again. I placed an online order on April 11 for nine (9) blouses. JCP broke the order into three shipments: I received one (1) shipment with one (1) blouse correctly. The other two (2) shipments had fewer, and incorrect items that were listed in the online order. When I called JCP I was told I had to file a police report per their policy for a stolen package. I told the CS rep, I received three packages, but two of the packages had incorrect items with no packing slip. After hours-long discussion and back and forth, I was told I had to deal with what I received because on their end it showed delivered. Basically out $200. JCP said because I received packages, even though the items were not what I ordered, there was nothing they could do. I could send back the incorrect items for a partial refund. I'm literally speechless... Now I see why their stock is plummeting and sales are down. The CS reps actually told me to shut up and listen and they would not hear my concern about not being able to file a police report because nothing was stolen. Anyway, terrible service, I'll never shop there again.

My husband bought me a 10 carrot gold… My husband bought me a 10 carrot gold rope necklace for my birthday in November. It started unraveling in January so I stopped wearing it. We went into the store last week and asked for a replacement and the lady behind the counter said that after two months they don’t do exchanges. No exchanges on a $650 necklace? I’ll never spend another dime at jcpenney’s.

Superstars of Feces They advertise they have 36 x 36 mens jeans but you go to buy them and all our “out of stock”. What a bunch horsedung superstars running JCP. What a joke they are nothing nothing ZERO compared to what they once were. It’s too bad they will fade away soon enough

Big rat at Austin location Big rat ran across the floor while the associate was answering a question for me. She seemed startled but not surprised. On the other hand, I wasn’t about to stay in the store, so I thanked her (from about 20 feet away after running!) and did not get a chance to finish shopping because I headed to my car! The employee was nice though. However, a comfortable shopping experience and big rats just don’t go together. It was big…like put-a-saddle-on-it kind of big LOL! Tech Ridge and IH35 location in Austin could use a pest control company!
