Why am I not surprised I can't believe that after days and days of searching for a bathroom vanity faucet that is white, modern and affordable I found this site. So excited to find 4 different ones I could live with. Wanted to ask some questions but the site doesn't like my email address. Sorry, I've had it for years. Then I tried two others. Nope not those either. So even if I didn't have questions I still couldn't buy anything. Now reading the reviews I see I have dogged a bullet. Why am I not surprised.

not bad Be sure you've measured out the dimensions of your shower, especially the distance between the wall of the shower and the rainhead shower. The biggest problem is that a few months later, the rain shower drips after a few minutes of not been used. I called customer service and finally they helped me solve the problem and made me calm down. Tips for purchasing on this website: looking carefully of the dimensions of each item you want to buy and contact customer sericve at once if you have problems.

Bought an outdoor shower set Bought an outdoor shower set, it took weeks to get here, missing parts, no english directions, plumber was unable to put it together. I tried sending it back but it was past the return policy, they wanted to ship me another mounting bracket but the bracket they were going to send didn't even match the correct outdoor shower. Also, these guys have a website that looks like it's based in the US, it's overseas and everything is in Chinese, including the box and chinese directions. what a joke, the emails and communication was horrible. stay away from these guys. I spent a little more and went with a local plumbing supply company...and it was a much better built outdoor shower.

Horrible Horrible! I contact about refund but no one ever responded! The package was torn up, the product was in pieces and had scratches.

I still have not received my order and yet to find working number where I talk with someone I really don't like that I ordered something and haven't received my item yet and it is over 10 working days and I haven't yet find a working number where I can talk to someone for some input I have work guys he have to wait no my order to come
