GBI was so very disappointed ordered a vessel sink that I really really ..... liked waited for weeks then got a text saying my vessel sink was damaged but they would take 5 percent off of it. I I was soooo upset had to cancel my order after waiting weeks on in for the pretty vessel sink I really wanted for my remodel in my master bath. I'm a very unsafied customer very disappointed now I'm back to trying to find another vessel sink but can't find one I like better so fustracted why me....just wanted that beautiful silver vintage sink makes me sick.!!!! GBnot bad Be sure you've measured out the dimensions of your shower, especially the distance between the wall of the shower and the rainhead shower. The biggest problem is that a few months later, the rain shower drips after a few minutes of not been used. I called customer service and finally they helped me solve the problem and made me calm down. Tips for purchasing on this website: looking carefully of the dimensions of each item you want to buy and contact customer sericve at once if you have problems.

AEstay away ... they are a scam!!! We ordered a few shower sets and sink tabs almost three weeks ago. They charged extra for express delivery of 3-8 calendar days. They created a shipment AWB with DHL a week ago yet when we talk to DHL they haven't shipped it ... when you call them they don't pick up ... when you write them they don't write back. I believe it's a scam .... stay away from them ... I have already reported them to the US authorities and will open a court case to bring them down.

GBNon-Existent Customer Service We ordered four faucets for one of our rental properties. They did arrive but they were scratched from poor packaging and not being secure in shipment from their long journey from China. I completed a complaint with their complaint center in March requesting a refund (attaching pictures of the damage). After two weeks and the timer on the complaint running out, I responded with another comment asking about my claim. I also tried to call twice but got a message about the line being busy and to leave a message. After another month I commented again that I had heard nothing and would like to know the update on our complaint. I tried to call multiple times but could never get through, always getting the voicemail to leave a message. I find it unacceptable to not respond to my complaint. I find their customer service not lacking but non-existent. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

GBProduct as Pictured Our faucet arrived much sooner than anticipated, and it was exactly what we wanted. I would have liked to receive a shipping confirmation email, since I knew the item was coming from overseas, but overall, we were happy with the product!
