this site is a scam this site is a scam. Took my money, never delivered product. They don't return message or respond to complaints. Had to report is a fraud to paypal

Why am I not surprised I can't believe that after days and days of searching for a bathroom vanity faucet that is white, modern and affordable I found this site. So excited to find 4 different ones I could live with. Wanted to ask some questions but the site doesn't like my email address. Sorry, I've had it for years. Then I tried two others. Nope not those either. So even if I didn't have questions I still couldn't buy anything. Now reading the reviews I see I have dogged a bullet. Why am I not surprised.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!! I ordered two shower fixtures. They processed the payment and then sent me an email stating they don't have that model anymore and to look at their website for options at a 5% discount. I asked for a refund with no response. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company. Hopefully they will be able to get my account credited.

Run far away Bought faucet never arrived they’re not even verified through PayPal scam of the site I will update if I receive faucet it’s been over 16 days

I still have not received my order and yet to find working number where I talk with someone I really don't like that I ordered something and haven't received my item yet and it is over 10 working days and I haven't yet find a working number where I can talk to someone for some input I have work guys he have to wait no my order to come
