“Everyone always asks... how can you afford to charge so little for such a high quality product?” Here’s our story...the Solid Wood Cabinet Company is a “factory-direct” retail company, established in 2002, that has sold over one million cabinets. Last year we delivered over 4,000 Dream Kitchens. Our products are sourced directly from our factories worldwide to our 160,000 square foot assembly facility where we stock over 100,000 cabinets and build over 1,500 cabinets each week. We cut out the middlemen which means you are getting low factory direct pricing for a premium, high-quality product. Many of our competitors sell cabinets that are made with MDF or particle board construction and other sub-par materials. Because of the superior solid wood quality, and 25 step finish, we can offer a ‘‘Lifetime Warranty’’ on our cabinets compared with the five or ten year warranty you see elsewhere. Our cabinets are proudly designed by Solid Wood Cabinets in Pennsylvania, parts are fabricated globally, they are assembled in our Levittown, Pennsylvania factory, and are KCMA certified and Carb 2 compliant. We manufacture our cabinets to strict quality control standards. With European style hinges; dovetail drawers with soft-close, full-extension and under mount glides; 6 way adjustable hinges; stained-to-match finished interiors, metal rear ‘L’ bracket assembly, 1/2” rear hanging rail, and much more, they offer superior quality and finish. Our cabinets undergo a 25 step finishing process and are built with Grade ‘A’ plywood box construction and a solid wood door and face frame.

This company is horrendous This company is horrendous! ONE single cabinet ordered 10/27/19 and I still don't have it. Seven phone calls and all I get is "two more weeks" every time. Charged my credit card same day as sale so I am paying interest on something I don't even have. Do not buy from any location of this company unless you are prepared to call repeatedly over several months. Their Customer Care Department couldn't care less about you as a customer or consumer. No one returns phone calls and no one has any information.

I’m sorry I did business with Solid… I’m sorry I did business with Solid Wood Cabinets! The only good part of the experience was working with their designer. After that it has been all down hill. There were issues with every wall cabinet. The interiors of the cabinets did not match. Some had a light interior others were darker. The holes for the shelf pins were different sizes some small some large and the supplied pins weren’t always the right ones. The inside of two cabinets had delaminated areas on the back panel. One small cabinet was missing holes for shelf pins on one side! Worst part is they wouldn’t make good on all the damaged items because I installed the cabinets. They expect the buyer of their cabinets to be better qualified than their own Quality Assurance people. If you don’t spot the issues before installation you’re screwed because they won’t send replacements for installed cabinets. I would like to see a class action suit started against these crooks.

We visited the store in Woodbridge NJ… We visited the store in Woodbridge NJ and paid $99 for in home measurements and drawing. There was initial enthusiasm to help with the kitchen plans, 3d drawings etc. But the sales person was very pushy and lost interest when you ask them questions. Most times when you walk around the store they do not even greet or react to the customers. It looks like they do not care for our business. Finally she quoted a price of $7000. I bought a similar make and model for way less for the same measurements. Our experience suggests stay away.

Adam at Plymouth Meeting contacted me Adam at Plymouth Meeting contacted me, following up on my visit to the store. When I told him I thought his prices were high, he responded, “well, then go by cheap cabinets” and he proceeded to hang up on me. Unacceptable manner in which to treat a prospective client. Extremely poor and rude customer service.

unhappy experience Design tech made mistakes. Missing hardware. Restock fee is 25% of cabinet price. Customer support will not help. After some research i found that the Better Business Bureau noted a very high number of complaints. If you visit the warehouse you will see the amount of returns.
