GBThis company is horrendous This company is horrendous! ONE single cabinet ordered 10/27/19 and I still don't have it. Seven phone calls and all I get is "two more weeks" every time. Charged my credit card same day as sale so I am paying interest on something I don't even have. Do not buy from any location of this company unless you are prepared to call repeatedly over several months. Their Customer Care Department couldn't care less about you as a customer or consumer. No one returns phone calls and no one has any information.

GBWe order our cabinets April 2017 We order our cabinets April 2017, we were told cabinets would arrived June 2017. Its now October 2017 and we are missing parts!!! The "customer service reps" don't even bother to call to let us know whats going on, we have to call them and that's when we find out our missing parts are yet once more delayed. We have been given 9 different dates! NINE! Will NEVER buy from this company again or refer anyone. They are quick to take thousands of dollars from you and after you paid, they completely don't care about you as a customer. Save yourself all of the aggravation and headaches and DO NOT buy from this unprofessional, unethical company.

GBWe visited the store in Woodbridge NJ… We visited the store in Woodbridge NJ and paid $99 for in home measurements and drawing. There was initial enthusiasm to help with the kitchen plans, 3d drawings etc. But the sales person was very pushy and lost interest when you ask them questions. Most times when you walk around the store they do not even greet or react to the customers. It looks like they do not care for our business. Finally she quoted a price of $7000. I bought a similar make and model for way less for the same measurements. Our experience suggests stay away.

GBWARNING WARNING! Just got a call from one of there installers, Solid Wood Company is closing! All of them, dont let them fool you, if you are waiting for cabinets YOU WONT GET THEM! Call your BANK or Loan Company if thats where you got your money from, BEST OF ALL CALL YOUR LAWYER! We just got ROBBED! ! !

When I told him I thought his prices were high, he responded, “well, then go by cheap cabinets” and he proceeded to hang up on me. Unacceptable manner in which to treat a prospective client. Extremely poor and rude customer service.
