Better shop somewhere else! The sales lady gave us the name of a company to install. They no showed us and we lost time from work. They did not return phone calls. The sales lady wanted nothing to do with us after she made her money. The cabinets came with several defects, and the installer we hired stated the defects were repaired with the kit they give out to customers! Just ridiculous. We have made sure no one we know goes to this business. Customer service horrendous and product quality mediocre.

This company is horrendous This company is horrendous! ONE single cabinet ordered 10/27/19 and I still don't have it. Seven phone calls and all I get is "two more weeks" every time. Charged my credit card same day as sale so I am paying interest on something I don't even have. Do not buy from any location of this company unless you are prepared to call repeatedly over several months. Their Customer Care Department couldn't care less about you as a customer or consumer. No one returns phone calls and no one has any information.

NEVER USE THEM NEVER USE THEM! The only reason solid wood cabinet company gets 1 star is because that is what you have to pick to get a review. Salesman DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH ABOUT BACK ODERS! It is an extremely painful process. You do not get your cabinets fully assembled. Doors and Drawer faces are on back orders for months! We ordered in March, delivered pieces incomplete, even reversed cabinets in April. Now June and still waiting on doors and drawer faces!

Started out fine but ended up the worst… Started out fine but ended up the worst experience... Started by ordering the good cabinets, were happy to pay double the next competitor, should have gone with the cheaper. Cabinets are supposed to be glued and screwed, we took the lazy susan apart to get it in the door, not a drop of glue, Tricorner cabinet not glued, ordered crown molding 3 months no calls to let us no they were discontinued, had to order different molding, then ordered pull out drawers that keep getting back ordered. Stay away from this company.

We order our cabinets April 2017 We order our cabinets April 2017, we were told cabinets would arrived June 2017. Its now October 2017 and we are missing parts!!! The "customer service reps" don't even bother to call to let us know whats going on, we have to call them and that's when we find out our missing parts are yet once more delayed. We have been given 9 different dates! NINE! Will NEVER buy from this company again or refer anyone. They are quick to take thousands of dollars from you and after you paid, they completely don't care about you as a customer. Save yourself all of the aggravation and headaches and DO NOT buy from this unprofessional, unethical company.
