After a wonderful experience having our… After a wonderful experience having our fireplace installed, Guy came out to conduct the annual maintenance for it and did a great job. Very professionally done and hope we get him again when our fireplace is due for servicing.

Mediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.

Very satisfied with your quality workmanship Sean and Jose gave us a great installation experience, on time and organized. They kept the area very clean, and were good communicators, explaining their progress. They took away all debris and gave us clear instructions on the operation of the fireplace insert and maintenance suggestions. It looks great and works as good as we anticipated!
