Best Place to Go for Fireplaces Workmen at our home were respectful and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. In the store the salesman was helpful and answered all of our questions. We have recommended your business to others.

Great service I bought a large Hestan grill which is awesome. I was concerned about the delivery as I have an elevated deck. The delivery/setup team was very professional and made the setup a breeze.

Working with a Company that CaresWe appreciated that the workers from… We appreciated that the workers from F&CA came on time, were careful to keep all our things safe & clean as they worked on our fireplace. They were courteous and friendly to work with and they cleaned up everything when they finished working. We think of them as a partner in keeping our fireplace working.

Mediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.
