John was extremely honest and thorough… John was extremely honest and thorough in his initial evaluation and throughout his scope of work. He went over various options with us and truly took his time in going over exactly what needed to be done and why. We really appreciated all of his expertise. Great service I bought a large Hestan grill which is awesome. I was concerned about the delivery as I have an elevated deck. The delivery/setup team was very professional and made the setup a breeze.

Mediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.

Technician was great— on time Technician was great— on time, worked hard, checked measurements several times as we were told years ago we needed$900 worth of changes as wrong size things had been installed. Very pleased and he left the house clean and fireplace able to be used.
