GBMediocre product & service our fireplace insert has been nothing but problems since we bought it 2-yrs ago. Service was to be here last Friday but never showed. I was called Saturday to reschedule for next Thursday. I have paid for 2 service calls this time & it still won’t light.

He went over various options with us and truly took his time in going over exactly what needed to be done and why. We really appreciated all of his expertise. GBSo happy to have a working fireplace So happy to have a working fireplace. Guy was courteous and helpful and patient with me when I asked if he could witness my lighting the fireplace twice in front of him. The comfort of the fireplace has been enjoyed several times already since it has been fixed. It is once more useable, safe, working fireplace. Thanks so very much.

GBElectric Fireplace worked for 1 week… Electric Fireplace worked for 1 week then started getting an error code and unit won’t work. It’s been a couple weeks since I 1st inquired about it and company not calling me back. Update: Company got back to me and replaced the unit free of charge, without having approval on manufacturer. Much appreciated
