GBWebsite ordering sucks Website ordering process needs improvement! I intended to order a Superior louvered fireplace but the default was radiant. I ordered the fan blower assembly and nothing cross checked me since a blower won’t work with the radiant model. I ended up keeping the radiant because of the freight cost to return it and just returned the fan blower motor. You lost a $300 sale and it cost me $21 to return it. This could easily be fixed in the ordering process and you would have a happy customer. Customer service was great otherwise.

GBUnmatched Customer Service Damon was incredibly helpful. He talked me through popular models and gave a very detailed explanation of how this insert would function outdoors. He was super responsive with impeccable follow up. Unlike the local fireplace store that I went to prior to reaching out to Damon, Damon treated me like an informed customer and did not speak down to me in any way. Damon was 10/10 and I will definitely recommend North Country Fire to anyone! Another plus is how quickly this will arrive (3-5 business days!) and the price point. For this exact model at the local store I visited- this model was $2k over the price I paid (without the driftwood add on!) with a 6 week lead time. Free shipping and no tax is also an enormous selling point!

He was super responsive and had no issues in getting in touch with him with any questions we had. Highly recommend especially if you’re blessed to work with Damon.

GBSales rep was very knowledgeable and… Sales rep was very knowledgeable and informative. Explained in detail exactly how the switch would operate along with the remote. Really cut to the chase, since I had been trying to make sense of the 75 page operators manual. Assured me that I could feel free to call back with any questions. As a first time novice homebuilder, it is reassuring to surround yourself with helpful people.
