That seemed strange because we’ve never had that happen when shopping online. We Received our order on time and the white glove delivery was seamless! Leaving this review for anyone who may be hesitant. We had zero issues!

Professional and efficient service Ordered a futon for my mother-in-law, with all the extras. Damien and Igor who handled the sale were extremely professional and efficient, getting in touch with the building management, keeping me and my MIL up to date with any developments, scheduling the delivery and disposal of the old broken futon in one fell swoop.

Clearance frame with a surprise I got a clearance model queen futon frame with the cotton and wool mattress. I love love sleeping in it and it’s comfortable for sitting. Switching between bed and couch is a bit difficult but if you’re strong that’s no issue if done right. The issues I had were the directions. They need to be rewritten because it was so confusing. We had to pull up the instructions from another futon to figure it out. Other than that I’m blown away.

Not good Not good, the delivery folks didn’t deliver my bed until the following Monday and I had to pay an extra $171.00. The delivery people never left a card indicating that they came to my home. Patrick, the salesman was rude and unprofessional. The delivery person chipped off a piece of wood on my bed. I will never ever order anything else from Futonland or advise my family or friends to purchase anything from them.
