Great customer service We live in a rural area and must often order items through the internet. Then we cross our fingers, hoping our order will arrive undamaged in a timely manner. Disappointment is frequent. But not only did our deliveries from you arrive in splendid shape, the guys carried it up the long flight of steps with smiles on their faces. I wish Metropolitan could deliver everything to us. In the time between order and delivery, you guys kept in frequent touch--Patrick most recently but several others as well--assuring me my purchase was moving along as expected. And then you asked if I'd like to have an earlier delivery...wow. You put the lie to "businesses care about cash, not customers" trope. Thank you!

Great customer service I brought a sofa futon and it is the best choice I made. It is firm and comfy. The sale rep I forgot his name. The older gentleman was very polite and helpful. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and help us compare futons and mattresses. When I needed time to think he gave me n my partner time to think it over. He didn't try to push a product on us. We felt very comfortable with our choice.

BEAUTIFUL sofa bed and great experience!!! My experience with Futonland has been fantastic. The Neptune sofa bed I purchased exceeded my expectations. Not good Not good, the delivery folks didn’t deliver my bed until the following Monday and I had to pay an extra $171.00. The delivery people never left a card indicating that they came to my home. Patrick, the salesman was rude and unprofessional. The delivery person chipped off a piece of wood on my bed. I will never ever order anything else from Futonland or advise my family or friends to purchase anything from them.

Clearance frame with a surprise I got a clearance model queen futon frame with the cotton and wool mattress. I love love sleeping in it and it’s comfortable for sitting. Switching between bed and couch is a bit difficult but if you’re strong that’s no issue if done right. The issues I had were the directions. They need to be rewritten because it was so confusing. We had to pull up the instructions from another futon to figure it out. Other than that I’m blown away.
