Twice as Nice! My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them. When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation. Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for. After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge. I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day! This chess board is such good quality This chess board is such good quality. The board itself along with the pieces is heavy duty and quality craftsmanship. My daughter accidentally broke one of the pawns on our countertop on the first day we received this and I recached out to the company and they sent me replacements! What a splendid customer service experience. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she loves it. Highly recommend!
