7-star customer service! Honestly the customer service at this company is above and beyond. Several years after purchasing 2 of their sets, one of the chess pieces fell down while moving it around and broke. Radicln sent a new replacement piece for free without hesitation so I can still enjoy this beautiful chess set both as a decorative ornament and a practical game set for years to come. thank you

This chess board is such good quality This chess board is such good quality. The board itself along with the pieces is heavy duty and quality craftsmanship. My daughter accidentally broke one of the pawns on our countertop on the first day we received this and I recached out to the company and they sent me replacements! What a splendid customer service experience. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she loves it. Highly recommend!

Replacement pieces We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!
