Twice as Nice! My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them. When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation. Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for. After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge. I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day! Marble paper towel… The brown and black marble paper towel holder is absolutely beautiful! I received so quickly, just amazed. However, the item was damaged in shipping and I contacted the company via email. They replied to me so quickly and sent out a replacement within the same day! The replacement arrived super fast, and I am so pleased with this gorgeous marble piece!! Thank you Radicaln for a great product and great service!

I'm thrilled with the purchase of the… I'm thrilled with the purchase of the chess set; it's high quality and looks very classy. While we did have some accidents with some of the pieces, the customer service to replace the pieces was fantastic. I've already recommended them to friends and family, who always comment on the set and it's quality.
