Twice as Nice! My former daughter in law purchased a set for my son who is an avid chess fan. Almost immediately, my 3 yr old grandson dropped 4 of the chess pieces breaking them. When I learned about what had happened I decided to try and find replacement pieces on line. I decided the smartest thing to do was contact RadicalN directly and explain the situation. Customer Service responded within 24 hours asking for photos of the broken pieces, which I offered to purchase replacements for. After some communication to confirm what was needed, I received a package containing the replacement pieces needed as well as a few extra pieces for back up! All were sent without any additional charge. I am so grateful! I repackaged the complete set and presented it to my son a second time for Father's Day! One piece was damaged during shipping, but Radicaln was quick to sort it out and get another piece shipped quickly and without issue. Marble paper towel… The brown and black marble paper towel holder is absolutely beautiful! I received so quickly, just amazed. However, the item was damaged in shipping and I contacted the company via email. They replied to me so quickly and sent out a replacement within the same day! The replacement arrived super fast, and I am so pleased with this gorgeous marble piece!! Thank you Radicaln for a great product and great service!

I previously purchased the spoon rest I previously purchased the spoon rest. The utensil holder matches perfectly! Looks great in the kitchen.
