Replacement pieces We got my dad a chess set for Christmas and it was absolutely stunning. One of the knights broke and when I reached out to Radicaln’s customer service I was greeted with kindness and the happily replaced the part at no charge. And not only did they replace the one part they sent 4 new pieces in case another one broke. They were easy to work with and we received our replacement pieces quickly too!

My daughter accidentally broke one of the pawns on our countertop on the first day we received this and I recached out to the company and they sent me replacements! What a splendid customer service experience. This was a gift for my wife's birthday and she loves it. Highly recommend!
