I had trouble with ordering two of the… I had trouble with ordering two of the parts online. I called and left a message but did not get a return call. I tried to order them again, same issue. This time I used the chat feature and the person on the chat was able to resolve my issue right away. I would use them again.

Truly outstanding customer service Truly outstanding customer service. We had a couple hiccups regarding delivery of our fire/water pot feature and the team at Fire Pits Direct was quickly and accurately responsive to our needs!
