No follow up on payment received and… No follow up on payment received and shipping info...had to call email etc. then orders came with 4 or 5 different deliveries. Failed to provide useful tracking per order, and had no idea what was coming and when.

Perfect Cover! The cover for my fire pit arrived in perfect condition. The packaging is impressive - very sturdy to protect from damage. The biggest challenge was getting the protective film off the cover before attaching the handle! This cover looks great and will protect my investment in my fire pit.

Should have included fittings and hoses… Should have included fittings and hoses to connect on/off valve to ignition control.
