Massive custom outdoor PIT We built a massive custom outdoor fireplace, Spotix was the main event regarding it, had some trouble with the CUP processor in the electronic ignition, Spotix Team managed to source me a new one and then ship it direct. awesome team!

No follow up on payment received and… No follow up on payment received and shipping info...had to call email etc. then orders came with 4 or 5 different deliveries. Failed to provide useful tracking per order, and had no idea what was coming and when.
