GBFire In The Hole Minus 1 My experience started via Chat, at which time I made the purchase. Representative was responsive and clear. Shipment of fire pit logs arrived very quickly. During the shipping process (not related to Fire Pits Direct) one of the ceramic logs was broken. Communicated with Fire Pits Direct via email of the broken piece, again the response was very timely. Was informed the manufacturer (Grand Canyon) was out of stock and the replacement piece would be shipped from GC in approximately 5-6 weeks. As of this review I'm only 10 days into the 5-6 week waiting period, so we'll see if the replacement log arrives in June!

I’m building a pavilion and needed a multitude of questions answered to help me get the proper fire pit kit for my needs. GBI ordered a 36” glass wind guard for my… I ordered a 36” glass wind guard for my fire pit. The good news was I ordered it on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday! I opened the box and the glass parts were there, but No assembly hardware was included. There was a return address, complete with phone number on the box, so called that number, figuring they packed it, so could send the hardware. I got a man on the phone that abruptly said he could not and would not honor that. He acknowledged he knew the parts weren’t in there, but would not deal with it because I bought it online. I said that sounded like a scam and he agreed it was a scam. He proceeded to be verbally aggressive and just told me it was my problem and would not deal with it. I called Firepits and explained my experience. They listened so will see if I get the hardware. It was not a good experience.
