GBThe rug arrived damaged The rug arrived damaged. when we opened it there were a few large holes in it. The company said that since it was over ONE WEEK since it arrived I couldn’t return it or get a refund. All they offered was a small credit to get it repaired. I didn’t pay almost $2,000 for a damaged rug.
