In tracking my order, I had seen a shipping label was created. It took longer than expected to arrive, as I had not received any further communication about the item being shipped. Beautiful stove. Worth the wait. Received wood stove finally after delays in customs we were told. Stove is beautiful! Excited to get it set up and use!!! Customer service was sketchy as phone number would not connect so only means of corresponding was via email. But giving a $250 discount for delays was nice.
