Long shipping time with no hardware included. It took a really long time for my package to arrive. The website is set up to make it seem you are purchasing something made in the US, but in reality the products are made and shipped from Turkey. The package did not include the necessary hardware to unite the two halves of the wall art and after several messages to customer service I am told the hardware is now being sent. So I must wait even longer to enjoy my purchase.

Very happy with purchase! Package arrived in average time. I love the size of the Element metal wall pieces and they fit perfectly for what I want! VERY impressed with the teeth hook’s placement allowing the piece to hang straight due to more metal on one side. Packaging was excellent and kept the pieces flat and secure. Thank you!

Purchased and paid for an item on… Update: I emailed them and they responded right away. And less than a week they arrived. The best part is I absolutely love them. Great quality and totally worth the price. I will order from Northshire again soon. Guess a little glitch on the back end. But great customer service! Beautiful stove. Worth the wait. Received wood stove finally after delays in customs we were told. Stove is beautiful! Excited to get it set up and use!!! Customer service was sketchy as phone number would not connect so only means of corresponding was via email. But giving a $250 discount for delays was nice.
