Several emails to the company, no response. Re directed phone calls. Folks, don’t buy from this company. My bank is now going after my money. They were responsive to take that!!

GBIt’s been over 3 months since ordering… It’s been over 3 months since ordering a part for my grill. I’m still waiting… Said they would call me back on what’s taking the production so long. They never called back…

GBBelle Flame website is user friendly to… Belle Flame website is user friendly to order a product. The process went smoothly and the arrival of the stove as promised within 5 weeks which did happen. There was no damage when inspected and the delivery carrier service was very accommodating

The customer service I received was spot on. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough with answering any questions I had. If you’re looking for quality, this is your place!
