After they had an issue with their system, they decide they want me to pay again, but I told him I already paid with PayPal and I showed him proof of that. They said they will take care of the case. Obviously they haven’t done anything, and after I went to PayPal to tell them that I never received the product, the company was lying saying they shipped the product and I received that it’s just a bunch of scumbags stay away

GBPrompt Delivery of Quality Product My old Breckwell pellet stove died on Halloween night. Ordered a new one from US Fireplace that night. Unit arrived 15 days later in perfect condition. Company kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Pleased with the experience and will recommend.

GBI think I’ve been scammed!!! I placed my order 3/20/24 and at the time the shipping said a week. I began receiving emails that they were preparing my order. About three weeks ago I began inquiring on where my order was. I’ve been told it was shipped three times only to have them pretend we haven’t spoken and tell me it’s shipped the next time I inquire. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed out of $1,400. Even if I ever do receive the order they falsely advertise shipping times and provide the worst customer service ever. I won’t ever order from this company again and I will report the fraud to my card company today if I don’t receive the product.

GBOrdering online was easy Ordering online was easy, clear and simple. The company also kept sending me follow up emails as the fireplace was going through the shipment motions. Also when received it, there was no scratches or dents. I would highly recommend US fire place to all my friends and family!
