GBTerrible service and shady upcharge tactics I have never taken the time to write a review but working with this company was horrible and others should know about it. I placed an order back in Feb of 2024 for a log set. They followed up and said it would be ready in about 10-12 working days. I emailed them 4 weeks later wondering where my order was and they said its shipping now from the manufacturer. I waited another 4 weeks and emailed them again. They got back to me and said that it came in but instead of the $59.99 shipping cost they agreed upon selling me this log set for that it will now cost me an additional $100 . I had asked to provide me with the weight and box size as I would get my own carrier but no response. I then asked to speak to a manager and instead they decided to cancel my order. Be careful with this company they have so many positive reviews but they must hide the negative ones. What online company takes an order at a fixed price and then asks for another $100 for freight? Who cancels an order saying they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order when they told me just a few days earlier that the product came in? Please be aware of their terrible customer service, poor service, and shady upcharge tactics.

GBPrice and Product Great. Shipments unclear. They worked with me on the price, provided all of the items I ordered and they arrived in perfect shape. The only thing I disliked, which is why i reduced the rating from 5 to 4 was the lack of clarity in when the items would ship and arrive. My order had multiple shipments from multiple locations, and in each shipment notification it noted ALL parts of the entire order being shipped, rather than the partial shipment. This led to questions about what was shipped, if items were missing, when the full shipment would actually arrive, etc, which led to me having to reach out by phone and try to get the answers.

GBOrdering online was easy Ordering online was easy, clear and simple. The company also kept sending me follow up emails as the fireplace was going through the shipment motions. Also when received it, there was no scratches or dents. I would highly recommend US fire place to all my friends and family!

GBThey got the job done I purchased a new woodstove. Reps answered my questions, told me what they were going to do before I placed the order, and they performed. This is what I expect from a vendor. Based on competitive pricing and performance, I would use this company again without hesitation.

GBThey sold the item they didn’t have in… They sold the item they didn’t have in stock, made up the story that one of the remaining items was allocated for another customer and other last one was damaged. While i know this item was discontinued half a year ago, and i couldn’t believe my eyes when i saw it in stock. Then they started to push other models instead, i asked for refund multiple times, but they were insisting. Moreover they send multiple advertisement texts and emails about other products thay i was not interested in. Very bad experience. Zero stars.
