Napoleon Grill Cover I just purchased a cover for my new Napoleon Grill. It hasn't arrived yet but the customer service from Air n Water was exceptional. They did not have the product on their website but when I called to inquire they actually called the manufacturer and ordered one for me through their site and at a great price. Well above and beyond what most companies would do. Great customer service!

Great customer service I was looking for a hand crank flashlight and was taken to the air n water website. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. He followed up with my order a couple of times to make sure it would be recieved in the time frame we needed. I will be using this business for future needs. I am 1 satisfied customer and will recommend them to family & friends.

Most excellent customer care. I enjoyed speaking with Christine today who helped me select an evaporative cooler to suit my needs.
