Great customer service I was looking for a hand crank flashlight and was taken to the air n water website. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. He followed up with my order a couple of times to make sure it would be recieved in the time frame we needed. I will be using this business for future needs. Sous vide quit, great company response My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.

Great service by Christine in sales and Mike in returns!! Product just what we wanted We ordered a Pedestal Humidifier. Christine in sales was more than helpful, really great service. The product was great except in had a damage, stain on the top. Christine sent our issue to the returns dept. and Mike worked with us, We could return the init for another or keep this one and he would issue a partial credit. After much thought, we decided to keep the init rther than go thru the hastle of packing it up, shipping, etc. VERY good service by both Christine and Mike. We would positively oeder from Air N-Water again.

I purchased a washer that turned out to be not what I was looking for and Mike M helped me with the entire process from start to complete refunded return.
