Purchased ice maker for my outside bar… Purchased ice maker for my outside bar 2 years ago ....makes perfect fast ice....this year when I turned it in the fill water sensor stopped working...called customer serve....no wait time, live personable representative that knew the product and is shipping me the part with step by step instructions.....you never see that type of customer service anymore..... Love it

She was extremely helpful and very pleasant:) We will definitely use this site again due to the great service and friendliness of your employee. Believe me there are some very rude people out there but Christine is not one of them. I was a manager withe the state of Michigan and I would have valued that personality that she portrays. Mike and customer service I have called several times this past week because my order had not shown up online under recent orders. I was assured it had been order. When I called this evening Mike did some detective work, made another phone call, and the associate that AIR/WATER had emailed had never r5eceived the email. Mike went way out of his way to ensure I would receive my product. He was one of the best customer service people ever!!

HE did everything possible for us to replace our unit and keep our school with ice machine all the time , what is supper important for our school and kids .
