GBSous vide quit, great company response My sous vide immersion cooker quit working after 8 months of reliable performance. I contacted the company asking if there was a reset as the device displayed an F1 code. After trying a reset, which did not work, they arranged to send me a replacement unit at no cost. I found customer service to be friendly, responsive and professional. I certainly would buy from this company again.

GBGreat customer service I was looking for a hand crank flashlight and was taken to the air n water website. I got the help I needed from Vincent who not only knows the items but was very curtious & professional. He followed up with my order a couple of times to make sure it would be recieved in the time frame we needed. I will be using this business for future needs.
