I purchased a washer that turned out to be not what I was looking for and Mike M helped me with the entire process from start to complete refunded return. He was a pleasure to communicate with and was so helpful that he even emailed me the return label. I can not say enough about how easy he made it all. Great customer service skills!!! CS was outstanding--Shipping back too them even with warranty coverage--COSTLY-- Great customer service from Steve.. On top of everything Stellar communication Shipping back to them for warranty==$$$$===--YUP warranty service The only thing that was unsettling.. VERY costly.. I will think twice again before opting for a warranty coverage. Just for the mere fact of the costly shipping back to them for a repair or a replacement
