Great Customer Service! I purchased the Pathfinder II system a little over a year ago. On a recent hunt my collar quit working and wouldn't charge or turn on. I spoke with Blake who informed me that it was a hardware issue with the collar that has since been resolved and they would send me a new system along with instructions to return my defective one. Blake was extremely helpful and courteous assisting me. As someone who has had bad experiences with other companies in the past, it's nice to see that Dogtra is dedicated to providing their customers with top notch service!

The best customer service! I want to say that Dogtra has the best customer service that I’ve ever dealt with. I train bird dogs, and so I invested in the Arc system which allows me to control a pair of dogs in the field from one remote. I love the system, but I made a rookie operator error and mixed up another charger and my system wouldn’t charge. Blake from Dogtra was very professional and explained how some of their systems require less voltage output to charge different products. He explained that it was a common mistake and what to do to fix it. I came home, did exactly what he said and the problem was resolved! I’m glad to own such a reliable product! Thanks again!

Sorry to leave this but no choice Sorry to leave this but no choice. Arc system new February 2019 receiver Battery bad by June 2019. The arc batteries a very over priced and ( small ) deficient in power reliability Unite used about 7 or 8 hours total and stored in the house. My first dogtra unite lasted many years before the transmitter went out.
