A guy that hunts way too much I am happy and grateful to work with the amazing folks at Dogtra. I am an avid hunter, and dog trainer. I compete at AKC events and I am part of two clubs on the West Coast. The Umpqua Valley Retriever Club and the Inland Valley Retriever Cub. After using other e-collars from other companies, I can definitively tell you that Dogtra make the best e-collars on the market. They also provide the best customer service, and work to take care of their customers.

Poor quality equipment and horrendous customer service We purchased a dogtra e fence system. Within months the one collar stopped working. After calling about warranty they told us we had to pay for shipping both ways and it could be months for us to get it back. We used dogtra.ca seeing how it said it was the canadian side and apparently that's not true and they are an absolute lying, thieving company. There is no canadian dogtra. Absolute horrible company, will never buy another product of theirs.

Sorry to leave this but no choice Sorry to leave this but no choice. Arc system new February 2019 receiver Battery bad by June 2019. The arc batteries a very over priced and ( small ) deficient in power reliability Unite used about 7 or 8 hours total and stored in the house. My first dogtra unite lasted many years before the transmitter went out.

Excellent customer service I have been a Dogtra user for over 17 years. Recently upgraded to the Pathfinder II. I did have to return it because the unit was too big for my dog so I’m replacing it with the mini. I can’t speak to the functionality of the unit yet, but I can say that Blake in customer service was excellent!!

Pathfinder GPS System Is The Best Just ordered a Pathfinder2 unit with add'l collar to replace my Pathfinder1 system which I have used for years. Worked with Nick and am so pleased with his professionalism and expertise. He seemed genuinely interested in my issues and in helping me find a good solution. I live on 50 acres and use these collars to keep track of my german shepherds. I like the GPS tracking and communication functions of the Pathfinder system and will always have these collars to help protect my beloved GSD's. For many reasons, it is important that GSD's stay on their own property and this system makes it possible for me to make sure they do. Love Pathfinder and appreciate Nick and the great customer service. I am a loyal and dedicated customer!
