I called support and Anny contacted the shipping company they couldn't find it so Anny processed a claim and sent a replacement. Received it a few days later. Excellent customer service. By the way the mattress is great, best I've ever had.

Comfy mattresses for our Airbnb I ordered several mattresses for my Airbnb home but after all the setup, I had to return 2 twin size mattresses and purchase another queen instead. Despite it being a while, Sweetnight was able to take the return and refund me the full amount. Also, I did quite a bit of mattress shopping and the Sweetnight mattresses are comparable with some other brands, but half the price! We sleep well and everyone that stays at our airbnb compliments the comfort of the beds.

While the mattress did not work for me… While the mattress did not work for me (it was too soft for my liking and comfort), I am giving 5 stars to the excellent customer service provided. Anny was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She looked at different options and alternatives, but unfortunately, neither worked and was able to process a full refund. Thank you.

Happy with my mattress purchase I ordered the queen size Whisper mattress and find it very comfortable so far, not too firm and just soft enough. It arrived quickly via FedEx. The mattress cover it came with had a small hole in it, so I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and were very pleasant to deal with. Customer service offered to send me a waterproof mattress cover as a replacement and I was happy with that. The replacement arrived within 3 or 4 days and I would definitely order from Sweetnight again.

A Loyal (AND REAL) Customer I have purchased several pillows from Sweetnight over the years. The pillows from this last purchase needed a bit more "stuffing".
