I received my order and the sham had… I received my order and the sham had what appears to be bleach on it. I sent an email and a picture. I have a new set on the way! Excellent customer service. Not to mention the product is gorgeous.

I love my Valance I ordered a valance for my kitchen, and I absolutely love it! it’s made of high-quality fabric in pairs perfectly with my other decor. When I noticed a button was missing, I contacted customer service, and Todd was more than happy to help me out and shipping me a couple of extra buttons at no cost to me!

Todd Bergman - Best Customer Service I have ever received I recently had an issue with bedding I purchased from Lush Decor. I called after hours not expecting to get a return call. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Todd Bergman the next morning. He could not have been nicer or more helpful than he was. He went out of his way to correct the issue and personally checked my next order to insure there were no issues before shipping it out.
